The Care Together Program will assist successful projects in developing sustainable business models and service delivery plans in areas where current approaches are not working, focusing on regional, rural and remote parts of Australia. Social care may include aged care, disability support, veterans’ care, Indigenous care, allied health and primary health care.

Regional Roadshows

The Care Together Program team will deliver location-specific co-op development and training via in-person workshops and meetings throughout Australia, meeting with organisations and groups who have expressed interest in the Care Together Program.

The Program will support the local community to consider whether there is scope to form a co-operative and take the next step to submit an expression of interest for their project to be supported by the Care Together Program.
