Part 3 – Offers

This part of the Capital Builder is the tool to draft a disclosure statement for co-operatives wanting to offer debentures or Co-operative Capital Units (CCUs).

You must have finalised the fundraising business case and terms of issue, before you can draft your disclosure statement. If the business case and terms of issue have not been finalised, you need to go back to Part 2 of the Capital Builder to complete these tasks.
