About
The future of social care
Since its launch, the Care Together program has worked with communities and organisations to explore, develop, and establish co-operatives and mutuals in social care. Our work has progressed through distinct phases, supporting projects that demonstrate strong local leadership, readiness and alignment with the program’s purpose.
As the program enters its next phase, our focus is on bringing this work to life – strengthening newly established co-ops, supporting shared services models and working with a limited number of new regions to replicate and adapt these approaches. While we receive interest from many groups, our capacity means we are not able to support every enquiry.
