BCCM’s submission highlights the role of co-operatives and mutuals in delivering cost efficiencies in NDIS service delivery by aligning consumers and other stakeholders such as parents or workers, through democratic member-based organisational structures.

The submission provides two case studies to demonstrate how co-operatives align stakeholders to deliver disability services efficiently and effectively under market conditions.
