BCCM submission

Inspiring young girl who deals with a disability.

The Business Council of Co-operatives and Mutuals (BCCM) made a submission to the NDIS Provider and Worker Registration Taskforce.

We advocated for recognition of co-operatives in the new registration framework and provided examples of how co-operatives and mutuals support better outcomes for NDIS Participants, workers and the public.

We estimate there are 80 co-ops and mutuals currently active in disability services and there are exciting new projects emerging through the Care Together Program.

Jurisdiction: Commonwealth
