2025 marked a turning point for Australia’s co-operative and mutual sector.
As part of the United Nations International Year of Cooperatives, Business Council of Co-operatives and Mutuals strengthened its advocacy, expanded community-led care through the Care Together programme and deepened national and global partnerships to support sustainable, locally owned solutions.
